Arcueid 弧

Arcueid 0.0.9 has been released. You can download it here.

Release notes for Version 0.0.9:

• Bug fixes for destructuring binds and hash applications
• Fixes for some functions (close, setuid, flushout, etc.)
• dynamic-wind introduced as a primitive
• Continuation mark mechanism (call-w/cmark) introduced
• call-w/std(in|out) redefined in terms of continuation marks
• File I/O with multiple threads active fixed

It can almost run srv.arc but there are still some issues here and there.
